Minimum investment required is 5 lacs.
Stock worth of 10 lacs (approx.) will be provided.
There will be a 1-year agreement. Minimum purchase value has to be 2 lacs per month.
The Distributor cannot sell more than two brands of similar contradicting items.
Distributor has to keep the stock minimum two months to be eligible for replacement in case of any dead stock.
Dead stock can only be replaced at perfect condition and set wise.
GST number is must as all the stock will be given with GST only.
Minimum 2 field agents required full time for 1 district.
Minimum 200 sq ft space required to keep the stock.

Distributor Margins up to 50%.
Monopoly in the market as we will not appoint any other distributor in the agreed locations.
0 defects guarantee. All the manufacturing defects will be replaced by the Colour Tribe.
All premium quality items will be provided by the brand so that the Distributor can build customer trust and get repeat clients.
Dead stock support will be provided by the brand.
Dedicated agent will be provided for any kind of issues.
Credit will be provided by the brand after 6 months subject to due diligence and company approvals.
Logistics charges will be paid by Colour Tribe on any order above 50k.
Board cost will be borne by Colour Tribe.
Marketing & training and leads support will be provided by Colour Tribe.
